Vista Collegium LLC, hereafter referred to as Vista Collegium or simply the Collegium, is a nonaccredited leadership institute that champions youth and young adults by means of a motivating and guiding technology. Vista is not a school or postsecondary educational institution, nor does its program qualify for any institution, profession or occupation. Indiana State Code - Proprietary Education Title 570 excludes "instruction which is clearly self-improvement" thus Vista Collegium is NOT in the purview of the Indiana Commission on Proprietary Education.
The Collegium is a self-improvement and self-development leadership institute that reveals latent qualities and hidden potentialities through a program of successive states of change each of which is preparatory for the next. Participants are coached from a simpler state of existence to a more structured, functional complex and highly organized state through a process of natural growth, differentiation, and successive logical changes. The ultimate aim is for each participant to become more authentic, independent and responsible to prepare them as competent leaders with the skills to foster win-win relationships between individuals within their community.
Vista is a perpetual quest for a personal integration of authenticity, wisdom and relationships that benefit both the participant and their community.

Each participant is encouraged to observe their religion in accordance with the deepest promptings of their belief. Vista projects a circle of faith in the light of God broad and inclusive enough to embrace each participant's specific faith.
